John Massey, CEO and Founder.

Building on an engineering and computer technology background, John has developed innovative products and services into real world solutions and has created award-winning businesses. An early association with aircraft and helicopter technology and radio electronics led to a formal education in the field of electronics engineering. John learned advanced electronics in the US Air Force, computer technology with IBM Corp and data communications and financial networks with Dow Jones & Company in the 70s. John has been involved with and founded many technology based businesses that have provided a well-rounded management and marketing experience. AmeriFax – 1989 IPO on NASDAQ, TouchFax / TouchNet Information Systems, GrapeVine Interactive, EnviroAide, and PropertyTRAK.

John Alexander, COO and Board Member.

John has more than 30 years of experience in the field of facility management. A member of International Facility Management Association, John earned the title of "Certified Facility Manager" in 1994. He is an advisory board member for the Missouri State University Facility Management Degree Program.

As Facilities Director for an international law firm for 18 years, John had responsibility for the safety of attorneys and personnel occupying half of a 42 story high-rise building in downtown Kansas City. As an outsourced facility manager of a large tax preparation company, he had the opportunity to develop emergency preparedness plans for their world headquarters and a 24/7 call center. In both circumstances this involved building a strong relationship with local governmental resources.

John Alexander has consulted with John Massey in the development of PropertyTRAK. He is a Principal in PropertyTRAK and is involved with Project Management, Move Coordination and Emergency Planning.

David Bennett, Chief Technical Officer.

With over 20 years experience in the digital technology arena, Dave Bennett brings an abundance of skills and knowledge to the PropertyTRAK team. Dave's experience includes system analysis, software architecture, database design, application programming, network/hardware strategy consulting, as well as experience with a wide range of advanced technologies. Dave programmed and developed the original PropertyTRAK software and application set.

Fred Kaffenberger, Client Relationship Manager.

Fred has over 11 years experience in consultative sales with an emphasis in business-to-business markets. He has strong writing, presentation, and communications skills, with a Bachelor's Degree from Rockhurst University, a Master's Degree from Fordham University, and secondary Language Arts certification through Avila University. Fred has worked with PropertyTRAK for over 5 years with oversight of implementations, client services, business analysis, project management, beta testing, and sales/marketing support.

As Client Relationship Manager for PropertyTRAK, Fred works closely works with programmers, designers, and marketing specialists as well as domain experts in architecture and facilities management to optimize experiences for stakeholders and increase company value. He authors and updates a complete set of training guide documents for the applications, manages the content of the PropertTRAK website, implements new clients, and supports customer success.
