PropertyTRAK strives to ensure the privacy and accuracy of your confidential information. In addition, use of PropertyTRAK software by logged in users is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA).

Guidelines for Children It is our policy to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and all other applicable laws. We do not specifically collect information about children nor market our products or services to children.

Passwords and Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and any account information in connection with this Site, and for restricting access to your computer. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password, and you agree to notify PropertyTRAK immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account.
